[MV Review] GOT7 - Fly

On the 20th of Match, 2016 GOT7 made their comeback with their music video Fly. Fly is the title track for their new album Flight Log Departure which has been released since the 22nd of March. The theme of the album is about Love and Friendship. They were all involved in writing various tracks on the album. Also the song "Beggin on My Knees" was written by Young K, from the band Day6.

First impression.... What did I just watch. It's not bad.. it's just weird. It starts with one of its members on the rooftop and then we go to a empty road, which I guess is a airport, and we see two different scenes, one day, where they wear a blue jacket and a night version with red jacket and them dancing. The focus is mainly on the rapping. And then around the two minute you get individual shots of the members, flying, or a attempt to fall of a building,.. can we discuss that point? Because this is the second time a member of GOT7 jumps from a building, yes I mean you JB in "Stop stop it".

I'm not sure what my favorite thing is in the Music Video. I had to get use to the dancing version, since they don't do that much or have a special release of it. I like you get to see them more focused on dancing, but then the individual shots happens and that kinda bothers me. In the end they are flying and you see some recording of them playing around. Which is cute. What happened with JR that he is in the bed?

On to the lyrics, well as you might have guessed, the music video and the lyrics don't have a connection, so no need to see how it was translated into it. I can't really make a nice story about it. Its about a live and that they want to fly to prove their love. Overall it's a cute lyrics.

The song and lyrics aren't really my thing, but its not bad. I suppose if you want to listen to some chill songs, this would be a good one on that list. I think the "Fly~~~~ " part could get stuck in your head.

The album Flight Log Departure comes in two different version "Rose Quartz" and "Serenity". The album comes with a CD, photo book, one random photo card, one random photo ticket and a Departure Card. Its also possible to get it with a poster. The album contains eight songs.
